Spirit of carnival is series of long-exposure documentary photographs taken during the early-morning opening ceremony of London’s Notting Hill, or J’OOUVERT as well as the carnival parade.
These images pay homage to an event steeped in history, tradition and community pride where the boisterous spirit of freedom is unleashed on the streets of london.
